Product Description
The Johnson Controls MS-NAE4510-2 (MSNAE45102) is a Metasys MS series network interface engine. The voltage of the interface engine is 24VAC, but its voltage is allowed to roam between 20 and 30VAC, and its complimentary frequency is 50/60Hz. The MS-NAE4510-2 interface engine has a power consumption that is rated at 25VA. The flash memory is 128MB and the SDRAM is likewise 128MB.The MS-NAE4510-2 interface engine can connect to certain ports such as the Ethernet port that can link with other systems. The Ethernet port which is on it may link to this system with a suitable cable contain the RJ-45,a connector that has eight pins and whose bandwidth is 10Mbps or even 100Mbps. Also, the RS-485 port located on the MS-NAE4510-2 interface engine has four different baud rates. There is also the LonWork port that has a baud rate of 78kbps. Then, there is another serial port that must use the normal type of connector with 9-pins, the RS-232-C. There is also another two serial port on the MS-NAE4510-2 interface engine. The last port on the interface engine is the USB port. The necessary cable is the normal USB cable.
The way to mount the MS-NAE4510-2 interface engine is either with screws or a DIN rail. If screws are employed, three clips used for mounting must be used and the screw placed on them. However, if the DIN rail is utilized, it must be 35mm. The MS-NAE4510-2 interface engine may be simply slid on DIN rail and secure itself to this rail.
