Product Description
The Beijer E1101 (E-1101) is a human machine interface panel from the E1000 series. The weight of this interface is 4.4lbs (2.0kg). The panel size is 10 inches with the standard measurements. The front panel’s width, height, and depth is 302mm x 228mm x 6mm, or in inches, 11.89in x 8.98in x 0.24. The width and height for the screen display area is 211.2mm x 158.4mm or 8.31in x 6.24in.The front panel seal has an enclosure protection rating of IP66. This rating means that the E1101 is completely sealed against dust; it is also protected against water or other objects projected from high pressure jets. The rear panel has an enclosure protection rating of IP20. With this enclosure, the rear panel of the E1101 is protected against the accidental finger marks or some other skiff.
The metal casing of the E1101 is able to withstand exposure to thirty one different chemicals for twenty-four hours thanks to the protective powder coated aluminum around the casing. Some chemicals it is immune to are ammonia, citric acid, diesel, and other. There is also an autotex overlay on the touch screen of the interface that preserves it from the effects of ninety-two different chemicals or solvents
The E1101 human machine interface panel has two serial ports, one for the RS422/485, the other for RS232C. The power supply is 24VDC. The power consumption for the rated voltage is normally 0.5A and at maximum 1.0A. The E1101’s screen itself has 800 x 600 pixels for the interface.
The E1101’s surroundings should maintain an ambient temperature of 0 to 50°C (32 to 122°F) if it is installed vertically. If installed horizontally, however, the ambient temperatures should remain between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius (32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit).
