Product Description
The Beijer E1061 (E-1061) is an HMI operator interface panel from the E1000 series. The interfaces front panel has an area of 201mm x 152mm x 6mm or in English units, 7.91in x 5.98in x 0.24in (W x H x D), with a display area of 115.2mm x 86.4mm or 4.54in x 3.4in (W x H). The weight of the product is 1.92lbs (0.87kg).The E1061’s front panel is sealed with an IP66 enclosure rating. This means it is completely dust tight, and it has protection from water projected from high pressure jets. The rear panel is sealed with an IP20 Enclosure rating, protecting it from finger contact and other objects. The touch screen of the E1061 has polyester on glass and an Autotex F250 overlay. The overlay preserves the interface panel's metal casing from thirty one different chemicals (e.g. ammonia, tap water, acetic acid, etc.) for up to 24 hours and protects the touch screen from acetone, isopropanol, and toluene for 5-10 min without a noticeable damage.
The power supply of the E1061 is 24VDC. The power consumption at the rated voltage just mentioned is normally 0.25A, but can be at maximum 0.45A. With a USB, the interfaces maximum output current is 500mA. The storage size is 12MB while the number of pixels on the panel screen 320 x 240. The E1061 may be connected to other modules and drives either by the RS422/RS485 or the RS232C serial port.
The ambient temperature of the E1061 should be between 0 to 50°C (32 to 122°F) if it is installed vertically and 0 to 40 degrees Celsius (32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit) if it is installed horizontally in the abode of the HMI operator interface terminal.
